Kelsey Smith, MS, CCC-SLP
Hannah is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She has lived in Ellensburg since graduating from CWU with a BS in Exercise Science in 2013.
After graduation, Hannah worked as a Personal Fitness Trainer for several years. Working in the fitness industry left her hungry for a more joyful, holistic approach to nutrition, fitness, and health. This prompted her return to CWU to complete a Masters of Science in Nutrition, followed by a Dietetic Internship.
As a Registered Dietitian, Hannah approaches nutrition from a weight-neutral perspective, with a focus on building sustainable, enjoyable, health-promoting habits rather than a number on the scale. By teaching you the accurate nutrition information you need and then helping you act on that knowledge consistently, Hannah can help you address health concerns from blood sugar management and selective (“picky”) eating in children, to improving heart health or your relationship with food.
“I look forward to giving back to a wonderful community that has given me so much over the years!”

Victoria McFarland, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, Reading Specialist
Victoria brings a warm, collaborative, and whole-child approach to supporting children and families in the Ellensburg community. With a background in early childhood education, behavior analysis, and structured literacy instruction, Victoria offers private-pay parenting and behavioral support, tutoring, and reading intervention for children who benefit from individualized, strengths-based support.
Victoria holds a Master’s in Education and began her career in early childhood classrooms, drawing inspiration from Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches to create child-led, meaningful, and discovery-based learning environments. Her work in university lab schools, where she supported future educators in inclusive practices, deepened her commitment to helping children thrive across home, school, and community settings.
Over the years, Victoria has worked with children and families across a wide range of ages and developmental profiles. She specializes in practical, family-centered behavioral support that helps caregivers better understand behavior, build effective routines, teach new skills, and respond with confidence and compassion. Her approach is grounded in dignity, connection, and realistic strategies that fit into everyday family life.
Victoria also provides tutoring and reading support, including structured literacy intervention for students with dyslexia or reading difficulties. Using Orton-Gillingham-based methods, she supports children in developing foundational reading, spelling, and writing skills through explicit, systematic, and engaging instruction.
In partnership with local speech-language services, Victoria values interdisciplinary collaboration and believes children make the most meaningful progress when the adults supporting them work together. Whether providing parent coaching, behavior support, executive functioning strategies, or reading intervention, her goal is to help children build confidence, independence, and lasting skills.
When she’s not working with families, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband and pets, harvesting fruit and nuts from their backyard, growing gourds, and getting lost in a good book.
